SIMPOSIUM' SUBJECT:

The aim is to come together to meet one another, learn by exchanging and integrating our diverse experiences, acquire more vision and expand our potentiality. As thousands of lone drops of water form an uncontainable TSUNAMI!

The main theme of the Symposium will be: The Integration: living the diversity as potentiality and stimulate creativity. Birth, growth and life of everything is due, in fact, to the union and integration of the opposites of YIN and YANG.

We will explore the study of Integration between the diverse medicines thanks to the precious intervention of some Doctors and Rehabilitative Therapists coming from various European countries. They will speak about the actual diffusion and utilization of WATSU in a therapeutic and rehabilitative ambiance. During the seminar, we will present results of some scientific studies applying Watsu or other Aquatic Bodyworks.

Our professional and personal growth arrives through the integration of multiple and diverse experiences. We will be stimulated to do this thanks to the theoretical and workshop presentations of diverse forms of bodywork: on land, physical bodywork and on the meridians (such as Feldenkrais, Shiatsu, Tantsu, Meridian Stretching , Tai-Chi, ...), Breathwork, other forms of aquatic bodywork (Healing Dance, WasserTanzen, ...) and activities regarding the Presence of Being and Meditation.
Recognized professionals from diverse European countries and the USA will present the seminars.

We would like to thank the various organizations that have already confirmed their support to the First International Symposium of WATSU:WABA (Wordwide Aquatic Bodywork Association), IAKA (Institut fuer Aquatische Koerper Arbeit), FIS (Federazione Italiana Shiatsu), ONLUS Il Paguro (Coop Social Rehabilitative provider of Continuous Education for Hydro-kinesiology on a national level), AIWaBA (Associazione Italiana Watsu e Bodywork Acquatico), Associazione Watsu Italia, Associazione Salutaris-Buteyko Italia, AIIMF (Associazione Italiana Insegnanti del Metodo Feldenkrais), Mandala Centro Studi Tibetani di Milano, .

Special thanks to Harold Dull (the initiator of WATSU and President of WABA) for his presence at the Symposium.

LOCATION OF THE SIMPOSIUM:

Location of the Symposium is the Franciacorta Golf Hotel ****, via XXIV Maggio, 48 - 25030 Paratico (Brescia) - ITALY -
Hotel is on the Iseo Lake, and it is easily reachable from the International Airports of Milano Malpensa (MXP), Milano Linate (LIN) and especially that of Milan/Bergamo Orio Al Serio (BGY) which is connected by all main Low-Cost Airline Companies.

The hotel is nearby the interstate highway and main towns train stations.
The selection has been made also taking care all aspects that will facilitate those arriving from abroad..
